Your VeriDoc ID profile's My Account page offers a ton of advanced features that you can use to design a strong admin profile and quickly update admin credentials and account/ admin information as required. Here is a guide to using the My Account area of your VeriDoc account. To begin, sign into your VeriDoc ID profile by entering the required credentials like registered email address and password. After successfully logging in, proceed to the top-right corner of the Dashboard page, where you will see a tab with your username (admin name) on it. Simply click it, and a drop-down menu with two options: "My Account" and "Log Out," will pop up. Now click on the My Account option from the menu, and the page will redirect you to the Update My Details page. In this section, you will find all your details, including First Name, Last Name, Email, Organization Name, Organization Address, Contact Details, etc.
If you want, you can modify or update any of these fields. If required, you can also reset your existing password here. You will find the Change Password option on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter your latest password here, then select Save Password. You will see the current subscription plan details you have purchased under Current Plan in the My Account section of your VeriDoc ID account. Here, find the information about the current subscription package, including how many IDs are still available and other details.
