You can reach or contact the VeriDoc ID support staff by email, live chat on their website, or by posting a message on one of their public social media sites. To obtain assistance with setting up an account to generate authenticated digital IDs, blockchain support and solution, design, and generate IDs, manage multiple users/admins, add/remove names and titles, or update any account information, sign in to your VeriDoc ID account. Entering your user credentials, such as your username and password, will allow you to log into your VeriDoc ID account. For email support, go to your account choices and select VeriDoc ID's Help Center, or send a problem to the official support mail address listed on the contact us page.
You can also call VeriDoc ID support if you need to speak with a live agent right away but don't have the time to wait. VeriDoc ID additionally provides a callback service for customers because we value our users' safety and protection and clients above anything else. We will try our best to address your concern throughout the whole conversation if you reach us by telephone. Our phone service is available around-the-clock, every day of the week. Any issues that cannot be fixed during a call and need additional research will be looked into within the following three working days after your call, though frequently much sooner!
